Sheikh Owais (Steve)
Sheikh Owais (Steve) is a Learning & Development strategist, personality development coach and organisational capability consultant with around 18 years of cross-industry experience across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America.
Having lived and worked in Scotland, England, the United States and India, he combines global best practice with local cultural insight. He has built complete L&D functions, designed sector-specific curricula and delivered more than 300 workshops for multinationals, government institutions and universities. He is also the host of the KhyaalNazar podcast.
